The method of settlement and the remuneration depend of course on the nature of the case. There are cases in which I agree in advance with a Client for a lump sum due for the entire process (understood not only as e.g. handling of a court case but also as process of transforming a company or negotiating the most favorable version of a contract). I also deal with cases in which I settle accounts with a Client at an hourly rate. Of course I accept also mixed systems, including those in which the remuneration is paid in the form of a success fee.

I know how hard-earned money my Clients spend on my services. I do not think that my profession is different from the profession of a carpenter or dentist; Clients expect fair and clear settlement rules for a specific result. This will happen in case of cooperation with my office.
